This event marks the beginning of a thrilling series of gatherings for freedivers looking to take the first step into cold water immersion diving with no wetsuit, proudly hosted by Delphy Pool in partnership with Blue Embrace Freediving.

Your ticket includes a morning dry class designed to tackle equalisation challenges in cold water, marking the start of your cold-water journey.
This session will be led by AIDA Master Instructor Oli Cacioppo, UK AIDA Record Holder Alice Hickson, and National Record Holder Narra Martins Ishikawa.

This event offers more than just training; it’s a unique opportunity to connect with fellow freedivers and potentially find buddies from your local area.
Included in the day, Delphy Pool gives you access to the Wild Spa sauna to warm up, along with hot showers.
